We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on where you are - we’ll give you an estimate, but sometimes couriers take the scenic route. We’re not liable for delays once your order is with the courier, but if something goes missing, email us and we’ll help chase it down.
If you give the courier authority to leave your parcel unattended, Props is not responsible for loss or theft once it’s marked as delivered.

We ship to select countries outside Australia.
Delivery times vary and may be affected by local customs.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

CHANGE OF MIND
We don’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind or decide you don’t want the product anymore.
WRONG MODEL SELECTED
If you accidentally choose the wrong iPhone model, we can exchange it for the right one if we have it in stock.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We follow Australian Consumer Law, which means:
- If your Props product has a major fault, you can choose a refund or replacement.
- If it’s a minor issue, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
- A major fault is when the item is
unsafe, significantly different from what we described, or can’t be
fixed easily within a reasonable time.

Pretty disappointed, to be honest…
I’m not sure this phone case understands what it’s done to my life.
Before this case, I had core strength. I balanced my phone on coffee cups, books, random household objects just to film content. It was a struggle. A character-building era. Now?? I just flip out the built-in stand like some kind of professional with their life together.
It casually holds my phone while I film Reels, time lapses, GRWMs, and “candid” videos that are absolutely not candid. No wobbling. No sliding. No dramatic phone crashes mid-take. My behind-the-scenes chaos has been replaced with… stability. Rude.
Who gave it permission to be this good?
Also, I used to suffer through long editing sessions hunched over like a little content goblin. Now my phone stands there confidently while I tweak clips hands-free like I run a media empire from my kitchen bench.
Protection? Amazing.
Stand? Suspiciously life-improving.
My productivity? Higher.
Would I recommend it? Uhh duh. Just know it will expose how unnecessarily hard you were making content creation before.
Do I regret it? Yes, I regret not getting the other colour too

Is the case protective?
Big yes. Props cases are built with three layers of protection:
- Soft microfibre lining to protect against scratches
- Tough polycarbonate shell
- Grippy silicone outer layer
It’s sturdy, solid, and built for creators on the go.
Does the stand really hold up?
Absolutely. Whether you're filming a dance video or just watching TikToks in bed, the stand is strong, stable, and super easy to flip out. It is strong enough to hold an iphone at any angle without falling over.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Props is proud to ship worldwide.
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Just a heads-up – we don’t cover customs or import duties, so make sure to check your country’s rules before ordering.
Can I return or exchange my case?
We want you to love your Props case — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.
📦 Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the case is unused and in its original packaging.
