Who we are

We’re Props — a proudly Aussie, female-founded brand creating game-changing gear for content creators (and anyone who’s ever balanced their phone against a coffee cup). Our website is getyourprops.com. By shopping with us, you’re agreeing to the terms below.

Ordering from us

All prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated and include GST (where applicable). When you hit “buy,” you’re making an offer to purchase. We’ll confirm your order via email once it’s all locked in.
We currently accept payment via card, Paypal or Afterpay.

The legal stuff on quality

We follow Australian Consumer Law, which means:

• If your Props product has a major fault, you can choose a refund or replacement.
  

• If it’s a minor issue, we’ll repair or replace the product free of charge.
  

• A major fault is when the item is unsafe, significantly different from what we described, or can’t be fixed easily within a reasonable time.

Payment & currency

All prices are in AUD. If you’re ordering internationally, your bank might charge you currency conversion fees — these are on you, not us.

Delivery delays

Sometimes stuff happens beyond our control — weather, customs, courier strikes, or that mysterious “lost in the void” zone. We’re not responsible for delays caused by these events, but we’ll keep you updated if we hear anything.

Changes to these terms

We might update these terms from time to time. Changes only apply to orders placed after the new version is published.

Privacy

Your personal info is safe with us and handled according to our Privacy Policy, which you can check out here.

Product info & colours

We try our best to make sure product images and descriptions are accurate. But lighting, screens, and the fact that we’re all human means there might be slight variations.

IP (Intellectual Property)

All our content, designs, and branding belong to Props. Please don’t copy them unless you’ve got our permission — we worked really hard on this stuff.
