AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on where you are - we’ll give you an estimate, but sometimes couriers take the scenic route. We’re not liable for delays once your order is with the courier, but if something goes missing, email us and we’ll help chase it down.
If you give the courier authority to leave your parcel unattended, Props is not responsible for loss or theft once it’s marked as delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to select countries outside Australia.
Delivery times vary and may be affected by local customs.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

RETURNS
We want you to love your Props product. If something’s wrong, here’s how it works:
CHANGE OF MIND
We don’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind or decide you don’t want the product anymore.
WRONG MODEL SELECTED
If you accidentally choose the wrong iPhone model, we can exchange it for the right one if we have it in stock.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We follow Australian Consumer Law, which means:
- If your Props product has a major fault, you can choose a refund or replacement.
- If it’s a minor issue, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
- A major fault is when the item is
unsafe, significantly different from what we described, or can’t be
fixed easily within a reasonable time.

What phones do Props cases fit?
Right now, we support iPhone 15, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max, 16, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max. We are currently working on expanding the range to suit all creators

Is it MagSafe compatible?
The case works with most wireless and MagSafe chargers, it just won't stick onto the magnet in your car (but don't worry - we're working on something special for that)
Is the case protective?
Big yes. Props cases are built with three layers of protection:
- Soft microfibre lining to protect against scratches
- Tough polycarbonate shell
- Grippy silicone outer layer
It’s sturdy, solid, and built for creators on the go.
Does the stand really hold up?
Absolutely. Whether you're filming a dance video or just watching TikToks in bed, the stand is strong, stable, and super easy to flip out. It is strong enough to hold an iphone at any angle without falling over.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Props is proud to ship worldwide.
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Just a heads-up – we don’t cover customs or import duties, so make sure to check your country’s rules before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to get your Props in your hands ASAP.

🌍 International: 7–21 business days (depending on your location)
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can stalk it every step of the way.
Can I return or exchange my case?
We want you to love your Props case — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.
📦 Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the case is unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return or exchange, just shoot us an email at returns@getyourprops.com with your order number and reason, and we’ll sort you out.
💡 Note: Return shipping costs aren’t covered unless the product is faulty.
How do I clean my Props case?
Use a damp microfibre cloth or soft sponge with a bit of mild soap. Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasives to keep your case looking fresh.
